General terms and conditions of the White Spreelounge GmbH for booking the premises of the White Spreelounge and the implementation of events The White Spreelounge GmbH (hereinafter "WSL") offers the premises  "Alva Lounge", "Lichtermeer" and "Lighthouse" (12459 Berlin, Edisonstraße 63) including any existing outdoor areas (hereinafter individually and collectively "premises") for rent for the implementation of events. Furthermore, in connection with the use of the premises for this purpose, WSL also offers the rental of equipment and other goods and services or the procurement and procurement of such services.

For this offer and the related agreements between WSL and its customers  concluded contracts, the following general terms and conditions apply (hereinafter "GTC")
